2nd Level Support Engineer - RNC
Responsibility
- Responsible on support and maintenance where react on tickets escalated by 1st level and ensure they are successfully closed
- Implementing BTS, BSC and ENC re-homing plans
- End-to-end service provisioning and configuration
- Performance Analysis
- Preventive Maintenance
Requirement
- Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in support and maintenance of RNC
- Experience in using Ericsson equipment
- Willing to work on shift to support on 24x7 operations
- Fluent in English
