MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Main Responsibility:
To work with Marketing Team in conducting marketing project to gain knowledge and experience required for product management function

Requirements:

    * Male / Female
    * Fresh graduate from Master Degree in Business Administration from reputable university, are welcomed with minimum GPA of 3.00 or having at least 1 year work experience in multinational company
    * High achiever, adaptable, pleasant, and having good interpersonal skill
    * Quick Learner
    * Excellent English skill (both oral and written)
    * Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    * Shows Leadership Capability
    * Good Communication Skills
    * Willing to travel and working in the field with sales team

FIELD TRAINING OFFICER
Main Responsibility:
Working as a partner to our Area Sales Manager in executing and monitoring the implementation of both technical and soft skills training for all Professional Sales Representative

Requirements:

    * Male / Female
    * Graduated from reputable university
    * Having at least 2 years experience as Medical Representative, preferably in multinational company
    * Experience as a trainer in pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
    * High achiever, pleasant, good interpersonal skill, excellent communication and team player
    * Quick Learner
    * English and Computer Literacy
    * Shows Leadership Capability
    * Good Communication Skills (Facilitation, Negotiation and Presentation)  
    * Willing to travel and to be stationed throughout in Indonesia
